Quiz you wanna miss!

Random quiz with no relation to fandom at all! i may explain on which things I agree and on which I don't if you care/ask, no point on it otherwise :P

Your result for The Quick & Painless ENNEAGRAM Test...

5 - the Observer

Thanks for taking the test !

you chose BZ - your Enneagram type is FIVE (aka "The Thinker").

"I need to understand the world"

Observers have a need for knowledge and are introverted, curious, analytical, and insightful.

How to Get Along with Me

• Be independent, not clingy.

• Speak in a straightforward and brief manner.

• I need time alone to process my feelings and thoughts.

• Remember that If I seem aloof, distant, or arrogant, it may be that I am feeling uncomfortable.

• Make me feel welcome, but not too intensely, or I might doubt your sincerity.

• If I become irritated when I have to repeat things, it may be because it was such an effort to get my thoughts out in the first place.

• don't come on like a bulldozer.

• Help me to avoid my pet peeves: big parties, other people's loud music, overdone emotions, and intrusions on my privacy.

What I Like About Being a FIVE

• standing back and viewing life objectively

• coming to a thorough understanding; perceiving causes and effects

• my sense of integrity: doing what I think is right and not being influenced by social pressure

• not being caught up in material possessions and status

• being calm in a crisis

What's Hard About Being a FIVE

• being slow to put my knowledge and insights out in the world

• feeling bad when I act defensive or like a know-it-all

• being pressured to be with people when I don't want to be

• watching others with better social skills, but less intelligence or technical skill, do better professionally

FIVEs as Children Often

• spend a lot of time alone reading, making collections, and so on

• have a few special friends rather than many

• are very bright and curious and do well in school

• have independent minds and often question their parents and teachers

• watch events from a detached point of view, gathering information

• assume a poker face in order not to look afraid

• are sensitive; avoid interpersonal conflict

• feel intruded upon and controlled and/or ignored and neglected

FIVEs as Parents

• are often kind, perceptive, and devoted

• are sometimes authoritarian and demanding

• may expect more intellectual achievement than is developmentally appropriate

• may be intolerant of their children expressing strong emotions

LOL no worries! it's actually one of the things I disagree with. I'm clingy as hell! I like people whom I like to be close to me. I do get annoyed at people who can't do things without me, or who hate being alone more than anything else, but if I like you I want hugs and touching, just don't keep asking me if I'm ok if I refused to say yes the first time ;D. Oh and try not to cry over me while screaming... it's happened and I do not find it pleasant.

*hugs* *squishes* *adores*

Mmmm, I really like your icon. Atreyu was so very cool in that movie (I know he's a child and I'm sick but I saw it in theaters when I was a kid so happy memories there) Yes, I am that old - you really don't want to know. I probably could be your "Mom"

No worries, I rarely cry when screaming, I'm more the curl up in a ball when sobbing or really let you have it screaming so we're good, really! LOL

Oh welcome to the perv-bote my friend! We can watch ickle lil'Draco in CoS on DVD too!

LOL This is my favorite childhood movie, my dad was against Disney with the pink and Princesses and all of that so we watched grown up movies, Tom&Jerry(and other random cartoons) and Neverending Story(like 56934times!)

And it's just the clinging to me while screaming in my ear and crying of my clothes that upsets me. Then again I'm not fond of Hilda at all, period. But she has no other real friends (not that I consider us that) and I am guilted into being with her when she needs me. I'm the friend she called at 3am when her mother was throwing up blood all other the house and was taken to the hospital. That time I took care of the little ones(5 and 3 year old sibilings) by showing them that moths weren't scary, just night butterflies(I'm scared of butterflies but they don't need to know that) and she got to cry alone in the living room. Much better for both of us I think.

Oh and another thing I disagree, with children and when teaching someone something I can be very, very patient. I only get annoyed when people just weren't listening.

I don't think I have a problem speaking my mind, I am more introverted than not but mostly because I understand that what I think will fall into deaf ears so why bother?

*hoists the sail on your perv boat and climbs aboard*

Pink princesses are fine but watching a cute, muscled boy with casually tossled hair, wearing leather and riding a horse. Mmm, now that's entertainment and something I girl can truly enjoy.

No worries, I don't cling when I'm upset. I usually push people away when I'm really bad, I like to cry alone. It drives my husband insane because I don't "need" him when I'm hurting the most. Usually, I just need time to work past the pain and move on.

It sounds like you were very mature at a young age. It's made you a very strong person.

You're good at speaking your mind, you just have the grace to know when to politely keep an opinion to yourself, you use tact. You're awesome!

Have a great night!
